Day One.

Today:  small bowl of cheerios with organic vanilla soymilk. one apple. one whey-protein drink. and one bowl of tomato soup.    

Not too bad. Tomorrow I'm going to try to just have one small cup of soymilk for breakfast.


I'm starting over my binge-free days count. 
So, # of days binge free: ...1... but that number is going to continue to increase(:   .. hopefully.

This weekend was a total fail.

I haven't binged in two months. TWO MONTHS. I was proud..I've never gone that long before. But on Friday night, I binged, and binged, and binged On Saturday night, I binged, and binged, and binged. I couldn't even stop, and it was absolutely disgusting. I didn't have any time to go running at all this week, and that only made it worse. Tomorrow is the start of a new week. I MUST STOP BINGING! blehhh. My stomach says yes, my head says no. This week I'm cutting back tons.
